A coffee processed with a washed process, with a profile of chocolate and citrus notes, of the Catimor, Caturra (Typica) variety, grown in the San Martín region, in Peru. This coffee has hints of chocolate and pleasant citrus notes, medium citric malic acidity. Medium body intensity, with a buttery sensation in the mouth, ideal for espresso, lever machines and moka.
After a long day of work, a melody escapes through the window of a farmhouse in Huabal, Peru. The metallic notes at sunset fly nimbly to the coffee plantations, move with the wind through the tree branches and delight the farmers who are already preparing to go home. To the rhythm of the blues, the fatigue of the day fades away. The seductive sound is born from the saxophone bell of a farmer who slips his fingers over the keys of the instrument. The voice of a girl singing Quechua words adds to the musical encounter. Thus, in the middle of a dimly lit room with toasted velvet sofas, the family gathers to listen to the melody that flies towards the Andes to accompany the sunset of another day that is coming to an end.
