A coffee processed with a washed process, with a profile of chocolate and citrus notes, of the Red bourbon variety, grown in the Rutsiro district, in Rwanda. In the cup we find hints of chocolate and pleasant stone fruits notes, medium acidity of citric tartaric type. Medium body intensity, with a creamy mouthfeel, ideal for espresso, lever machines and mocha.

This is the story of a globetrotter who was born under a coffee tree and who discovered lake Kivu. A lake that is also a coffee guarded by a goddess. She protects those who know how to live on the lake's surface, how to grow and take care of the coffee trees, and how to bring out the essential things of a good coffee: the Muka Kivu coffee.
